Every order is cut and sewn for you, then shipped free. In the US that means your curtains arrive in 7–10 business days.
How long it takes
Every order is made to order in 5–7 business days, then shipped:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Each product page shows the date your order is expected to ship.
What shipping costs
- Curtain orders ship free, to every destination we deliver to.
- Swatches go out the next business day, tracked to your door. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We deliver to the United States and internationally. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid on delivery.
Tracking
When your order leaves our workroom you get an email with the tracking link. Swatches ship separately from curtains, so they may arrive first.
Changing the delivery address
Email care@jenua.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order ships.
Damaged or lost in transit
If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We file the claim with the carrier and send a replacement. See our Returns & Remake Guarantee for everything else.
