Your curtains are cut and sewn to your measurements, so they can't be restocked and resold. Instead of a return, we remake them.
Our remake guarantee

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Most small fit issues — a hem a little too long, for example — can also be fixed by a local tailor; we're happy to advise.
How to request a remake
- Email care@jenua.com with your order number.
- Add a few photos of the curtains hanging, and your rod width and length as measured now.
- We reply within 1 business day with next steps and a prepaid label if we need the panels back.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order — email us with your order number. After that your fabric is already being cut, so the order can't be cancelled or refunded, but the remake guarantee above still applies.

Swatches are yours to keep — the best way to be sure of a color before ordering. Order swatches.
